Introducing manufacturer product pages and packaging QR codes
The manufacturer pilot brings reviewed product information, versioned documents and permanent packaging QR codes into one publishing workflow.
Alle's ClinXAi now has a dedicated manufacturer pilot for publishing product information and connecting it to packaging through a permanent QR code. The workflow is intended for cleaning-chemical manufacturers who want their reviewed instructions and source documents available together on a product page.
From private draft to published information
Manufacturers can prepare product details, application instructions and versioned source information in a private company workspace. The publishing guide explains how to add reviewed source text and a document version, with a matching PDF where needed. An authorised owner or reviewer checks the saved information before publication. Read the publishing workflow.
Once published, customers can open the product page without signing in. The product QR can be downloaded as an SVG and tested before printing. Later edits remain private until published again, while the existing QR continues to point to the same product URL. Unpublishing makes the product page unavailable.
What the current pilot includes
The manufacturer tools page introduces private drafts, reviewed publication, document downloads, packaging QR codes and company data export. Product identity, instructions, safety information and source documents can be brought together for the reader. Manufacturers remain responsible for checking the information they publish.
Access is arranged with the ClinXAi team. The current catalog plans explain product and storage allowances; the public pricing page does not offer online checkout. Product-specific AI, analytics and team invitations are not included in the present pilot, so this announcement should not be read as access to those features.
