Alle's ClinXAi is an operational decision-support product. Its tools organise information, calculations and evidence; they do not replace authoritative instructions or accountable professional judgement.
1. Using the service responsibly
1.1 Public access
Nova, Metricon and CheckMate remain usable without signing in. The optional account flow uses your existing Alle's ClinX customer identity and does not create a separate password inside Alle's ClinXAi.
1.2 Use the authoritative source
Product labels, SDS, technical documents, approved SOPs, contracts, permits, clinical protocols and applicable site rules remain authoritative where they apply. Do not treat an AI response or calculator output as permission to ignore them.
1.3 Check your inputs
Metricon and other deterministic tools calculate from the values supplied. You are responsible for checking units, assumptions, source values and whether the model fits the real decision.
1.4 AI and verification
Nova can make mistakes. Check source context before acting on safety-critical, regulated, clinical or site-specific information. CheckMate highlights differences for human review; it does not certify compliance or authenticity.
1.5 Lawful use
Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with the service, bypass controls, submit content you are not authorised to process, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
1.6 Availability
Features, providers and limits may change as the service develops. For commercial terms governing the wider Alle's ClinX website and services, use the parent website terms.
2. Operator, accounts and content
2.1 Operator, scope and connected services
Alle’s ClinXAi is provided under the Alle’s ClinX brand of Champaran Innovatives Private Limited. These terms describe use of the AI site and its public decision-support tools. Main-site Terms & Conditions and Orders, Shipping & Returns govern product purchases. An AI response, calculator estimate or procurement draft does not accept a purchase order, reserve stock, grant credit, confirm a delivery date or vary a signed commercial agreement.
2.2 Accounts and authority to act
Use an account you are authorised to use and keep credentials, OTPs and recovery links private. If acting for an institution, obtain the authority needed to share its information and make its decisions. Google sign-in is an optional identity verification route. Signing in to one service may support access to another through a redirect, but each site maintains its own session. Sign out and clear local work on shared devices. Report suspected account misuse through the main site’s support channel.
2.3 Inputs, uploads and permitted content
You retain any rights you have in the material you submit. Submit only information you are permitted to share and process through the selected capability. Provide the content necessary for the task, with personal identifiers and confidential details removed where possible. Processing an input to provide a response does not grant us ownership of your underlying document. Do not submit credentials, malicious files, unlawful content or another person’s private information without authority.
3. Products, sources and outputs
3.1 Product and chemical-use decisions
Check the exact product identity, SKU, pack size, active ingredient concentration, units and document revision before relying on a result. A dilution calculation is not a validated disinfection protocol. Surface compatibility, contact time, PPE, ventilation, storage and disposal requirements must come from the current label, SDS, TDS and your approved site procedure. Do not combine chemicals based on an AI suggestion. For exposure, spills or other emergencies, follow the product’s emergency instructions and obtain appropriate local assistance.
3.2 Catalog cards, PDF previews and external links
Public product and document cards can change as the main catalog changes. A preview or source link helps locate the published item; it does not certify the document, confirm batch-specific suitability or prove that Nova has read its full contents. Open the original and verify its revision and intended application. External services have their own terms. Cached information, a broken link or an incomplete extraction should be resolved with the original source or our support team before acting.
3.3 Outputs, copying and read-aloud
Review generated answers before copying them into an SOP, tender, report, customer message or procurement record. Outputs may omit context, contain inaccuracies or resemble material generated for other users. Copy and Listen are convenience controls; spoken readings may omit formatting, URLs, symbols or parts of a table. Retain the written answer and original source for numerical and safety checks. Like/Dislike is saved on the device and does not submit a support ticket or obtain approval of the answer.
4. Service limits and rights
4.1 Service limits, interruptions and misuse
Request-size and rate limits may reject an input or temporarily restrict access. Providers, connectivity and maintenance may interrupt AI, search or extraction features. Do not evade limits, probe other users’ sessions or attempt to disable protections. Save any work you need independently; browser storage is not an archival or backup service. A failed request must not be treated as completed processing or as confirmation that a commercial action occurred.
4.2 Intellectual property and operational review
Our branding, interface and original published materials remain subject to applicable intellectual-property rights. Referencing a source does not grant rights to reproduce third-party material. Human review is required before operational adoption of any output. We do not represent that AI output is unique, error-free, compliant with every jurisdiction or suitable for a particular regulated purpose. Nothing on this page removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
4.3 Questions, disputes and revisions
Indian law applies to these service terms subject to mandatory protections that may apply to your use. Contact care@allesclinx.com with the page, approximate time, relevant request and issue so we can investigate. Remove sensitive details from screenshots or examples. This notice does not prescribe an unverified court location or compel arbitration. Revisions are dated; a revised tool notice does not retrospectively alter an accepted purchase agreement.
